April 13 was an informative day in the first Armenian phygital NFT space. Lots of artists, NFT enthusiasts and collectors gathered to listen to our knowledgeable speakers.
Andranik Sevoyan, Head of the Blockchain Embassy, told about AKNEYE, presented the main concept of the art project and announced that AKNEYE, with its eye-shaped sculptures and Aknuloonks, will be exhibited in the third phygital space in the world during the Venice Biennale. He also shared how to join the AKNEYE community with your own projects and collaborate with the brand on the exhibition days.
One of the speakers, Raffi Yedalian, told the audience about his own experience of artistic cooperation with AKNEYE. He also referred to his expectations from the Venice Biennale and the prospects of the project.
Arpine Saratikyan, a lawyer at Fastex, spoke about the future of intellectual property rights in the blockchain era, answering the question of how copyright law applies to digital art and NFTs globally and locally in Armenia. She also provided examples of best practices for artists, collectors and platforms to navigate copyright issues.
The meetup was very productive and opened new doors for all interested. The meetups organized in the ftNFT Phygital Space will be continuous, with a tendency to address current industry issues and find solutions. In order not to miss them, you can follow the official pages of Fastex Armenia and ftnft.am.
