Malta – December 20, 2024: Fastex has officially received a VFA Category 4 License from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), solidifying its position as a fully authorized VFA Service Provider under Malta’s Virtual Financial Assets Act. The certificate of authorization marks a significant milestone in Fastex’s mission to provide secure and regulated services in the digital assets sector.

 

The Class 4 License enables Fastex to offer a wide range of services, including:

• Custodian or Nominee Services

• Execution of Orders on Behalf of Other Persons

• Placing of Virtual Financial Assets

• Reception & Transmission of Orders

• The Operation of a VFA Exchange

• Transfer Services
