To be eligible for a Fastex Card, individuals must be at least 18 years old and reside in one of our approved countries. We do not provide the Web3 Card service to individuals or entities from cryptocurrency-unfriendly countries. You can check your card balance and transaction history by logging into your Fastex Exchange account. The card management section gives you detailed information on your current balance, recent transactions, and other relevant details. Additionally, you can check your physical card’s balance at any Mastercard-supported ATM.

What types of currencies are supported for recharging?

For recharging your Fastex Web3 Card, we currently support USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and FTN. This diverse range of supported currencies provides flexibility and convenience for our users.

* Important: Due to MiCA regulation change, for EEA residents USDT will not be available. You will not be able to use USDT to top up your card.

What should I do if my Fastex Physical Card is lost or stolen?

If your Fastex Physical Card is lost or stolen, immediately log in to your account on the Fastex Exchange platform and report it. You can also contact customer support for assistance in blocking the card and issuing a replacement.

Is the Fastex Card a credit card?

No, the Fastex Card is not a credit card. It is a prepaid debit card with a fixed amount, and it does not support overdraft limits.

How can I use my Fastex Physical Card?
